• You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date
• You have an active subscription to Plot Agents
• You contact us through the proper channels (see below)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to host@plotagents.com
2. Include your account email address and order number (if available)
3. Briefly mention your reason for the refund (optional but helpful for us to improve)
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

After the 30-Day Period

After the 30-day refund period has passed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at host@plotagents.com to discuss your situation, and we'll do our best to help.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the 30-day refund period, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, you'll retain access to Plot Agents until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for that period.
